- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 2 cups bottled coconut water
- 5 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 100 ml white rum
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups ice
Place the mint leaves in a jar and muddle them by gently pounding and twisting. Add the coconut water, lime juice, white rum, and sugar.
Stir to combine well until the sugar dissolves. Add ice and serve the coconut mojito immediately.
