Ingredients

  • 230 g (8 oz) ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 150 g (5½ oz) Nutella
  • 1 egg yolk lightly beaten, for egg wash

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4).
  • Unroll a sheet of puff pastry on the work surface and cut into 6 triangles. For picture step-by-step, you can check out this post on Gimme Some Oven. Spread a layer of NUTELLA on each triangle and roll each pastry onto itself to form a mini-croissant.
  • Brush the top with the egg yolk and bake for about 15 minutes or until the croissants turn light golden brown.
