1/3teaspoonfive-spice powder
1tablespoonoyster sauce
1clovegarlicpeeled and chopped
1teaspoonfresh gingergrated
1teaspoonsesame oil
1teaspoonsoy sauce
Instructions
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.
In a large bowl, marinate the chicken wings with all the ingredients. Mix well to ensure the wings are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the grill the next day. Grill the wings until they are golden brown and nicely charred on both sides. Serve immediately.
Notes
While grilling, brush a little bit of oil on the surface. You might also brush a little bit honey water (mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 3 tablespoons of water) on the wings while grilling.
