Basil Butter Corn

Basil Butter Corn - sweet and juicy corn slathered with homemade basil butter and roasted in the oven. Corns have never tasted SO good.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick salted butter softened
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic coarsely minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 4 ears corn
  • 2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  • Blend the butter, basil, garlic, honey, and cayenne pepper in a food processor.
  • Place the corn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Brush the butter generously over the corn and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese on top of the corn and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

You may grill the corns on a grill. Top the Parmesan cheese on top of the corn and cover the grill. Let the cheese melts before serving.
