Ingredients

  • water for boiling
  • 1 tablespoon salt for boiling
  • 1 lb (500g) baby potatoes red and yellow
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley

Instructions

  • Fill a stockpot halfway with water and salt. Bring it to a rolling boil. In the meantime, clean, scrub, and rinse the baby potatoes.
  • Boil the baby potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse them under cold water. Slice the potatoes into wedges and combine them with the melted butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Stir gently to mix well. Serve the boiled potatoes immediately.
