Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) shrimp shelled and deveined, thawed and pat dry with paper towels
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Set the oven to the Broil setting. Thaw the frozen shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels. Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish and season with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Add the minced garlic and butter to the shrimp, and stir to combine well.
  • Broil the shrimp for about 8 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Remove from the oven, top with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
