- 3 tablespoons butter
- 8 oz (230g) potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes
- 4 oz (125g) white mushroom or cremini mushroom, stems removed and sliced
- 1 pinch salt
- some chopped parsley leaves
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and sauté until they are slightly charred and light golden brown. Push the potatoes to one side.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are cooked, stir to combine them with the potatoes.
Add a pinch of salt and the chopped parsley, then stir to combine well. Dish out and serve immediately.
