Ingredients

  • 1 bunch organic celery 1.5 lbs. /0.6 kg
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse the celery under cold running water. Peel and trim off any dry brown parts and the leaves, then slice the celery into pieces.
  • Transfer the celery to a blender and use the Smoothie mode to blend the celery until the blender stops.
  • Strain the pulp using a strainer and serve the celery juice immediately.
