- 1 cup ultra-pasteurized heavy whipping cream
- 7 oz (200g) sweetened condensed milk (200 ml)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Prepare to make whipped cream. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, butter, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract.
Mix well and gently fold in the whipped cream.
Pour into a covered 1-quart container and freeze for 6 hours, or until the ice cream is set. It’s ready to serve as is or in an ice cream cone.
