- 2 English cucumbers sliced 1/4" thick
- 1/3 white onion sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
Dressing
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Rinse and pat the cucumbers dry with paper towels. Slice each cucumber into 1/4-inch thick slices and set aside.
Slice 1/3 of a white onion into thin slices and set aside.
Prepare the creamy yogurt dressing in a bowl by mixing plain Greek yogurt, white balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Then, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.
Combine the cucumber slices, white onion slices, and chopped dill in a large bowl, then toss well with the creamy yogurt dressing. Add more salt if desired, and serve immediately..
