Garlic Butter Mushroom Kebab

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) brown mushrooms or white mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Clean the surface of the mushrooms with paper towels and trim the stems slightly. Place the mushrooms in a container.
  • Add the melted butter, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and parsley, and stir to combine well. Thread 3 or 4 mushrooms onto each skewer, reserving some of the garlic butter herb marinade. Place the mushroom kebabs on the grill over direct heat.
  • Grill for 3 minutes on one side, then turn over and grill for another 2 minutes. While grilling, brush the remaining marinade onto the mushrooms. Serve immediately.
