- 2 lbs. shrimp tail-on, shell and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 dashes ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). Combine the shrimp, garlic, parsley, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 8 minutes and serve immediately with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
