Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) salmon fillet
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • sliced lemon for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, lemon juice, honey, butter, cayenne pepper, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  • Rinse the salmon under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Transfer the salmon to a large sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle the garlic-lemon butter mixture over it, coating well. Top with parsley, then wrap the salmon tightly in the foil. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Unwrap the foil, garnish with sliced lemon, and serve immediately.
