- 1 lb. (450 g) salmon fillet
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- sliced lemon for garnishing
Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, lemon juice, honey, butter, cayenne pepper, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
Rinse the salmon under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Transfer the salmon to a large sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle the garlic-lemon butter mixture over it, coating well. Top with parsley, then wrap the salmon tightly in the foil. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Unwrap the foil, garnish with sliced lemon, and serve immediately.
