1tablespoonsKraft Grated Parmesan cheesein a bottle
1teaspoonparsleychopped
2tablespoonsfresh grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms by wiping their surfaces with paper towels.
Combine the melted butter, garlic, salt, bottled Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Mix well, then toss the mushrooms in the mixture until evenly coated.
Roast the mushrooms for 12 minutes. At the 10-minute mark, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, then continue roasting for another 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not clean the mushrooms with water or you will have a watery roasted mushrooms dish.
