Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
Add a little melted butter to a skillet and sauté the prosciutto until crispy. Using a spatula, push the prosciutto to one side of the skillet.
Add the remaining butter and sauté the garlic until aromatic and slightly browned. Add the Brussels sprouts and stir to combine well with the prosciutto. Season with salt and black pepper. If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of melted butter.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
