- 1 1/2 lbs (750g) campari tomatoes cut into halves
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cloves whole garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- chopped parsley
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the tomatoes and whole garlic on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, followed by the garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the tomatoes.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
