Garlic roasted tomatoes recipe is one of my favorites whenever I have loads of tomatoes in the fridge.

This past week, I got boxes of Campari tomatoes and decided to make this.

Easy and healthy roasted tomatoes topped with chopped garlic and chopped parsley.

I love roasted tomatoes, they are so easy to make and they go well with almost anything I make, and they are so healthy!

Can you believe that the active time of this oven roasted tomatoes recipe is 10 minutes?

Yes, you just need to slice up the tomatoes in halves, mince some garlic, arrange the tomatoes in a baking tray, and that’s pretty much it.

The rest is done in the oven, so you have more time doing the things you like instead of working in the kitchen.

I love serving these garlic roasted tomatoes with some plain spaghetti, Brazilian Steak, or Parmesan Garlic Noodles.

Dinner is a jiffy with my easy delicious recipes!
