- 1 lb (500g) salmon fillet
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt
- ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, Sriracha, and honey. Stir until well combined.
Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil, ensuring they are big enough to completely cover and wrap the salmon. Place the salmon on top and season both sides with salt and ground black pepper.
Add the Garlic Sriracha mixture to the salmon, spooning it over to cover the entire surface. Wrap the foil sheets around the salmon, ensuring there are no leaks.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through. Serve immediately.
