Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs (750g) campari tomatoes cut into halves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange the tomatoes on a sheet pan or cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, followed by a sprinkle of salt and ground black pepper. Finish by adding the Italian seasoning.
  • Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

You might use regular tomatoes or roma tomatoes, just choose smaller ones.
