Instructions
Combine the honey, Sriracha, salt, black pepper, and butter in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
Marinate the steak with half of the butter mixture, reserving the remainder. Let it marinate for 30 minutes, or preferably 2 hours.
Preheat the grill and cook the flank steak on both sides for about 5 minutes each, or until just cooked through. Grill longer if you prefer the steak well done. Slice with a chef's knife and serve immediately with fresh lime wedges and the remaining honey Sriracha butter.
Notes
Use 3 teaspoons Sriracha if you like more heat. If you use salted butter, cut down the salt to 1/4 teaspoon.
