Ingredients

lb (500g)
salmon
cut into two pieces

tablespoon
oil
Honey Teriyaki Glaze

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoons
Japanese cooking sake

tablespoons
honey
white sesame
for ganishing
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the Honey Teriyaki Glaze in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Then, mix the salmon with the glaze.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the oil and pan-fry the salmon on both sides until it’s fully cooked and the glaze thickens.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Notes
You can also bake the salmon for 12 minutes at 400 F. Omit the oil if using oven.
