Imagine teriyaki sauce but sweetened with honey, it’s utterly delicious and addictive, and goes extremely well with rice or noodles. This recipe is a good alternative when you get bored of chicken teriyaki.

I prepared my salmon on a cast-iron skillet, and reduced the honey teriyaki glaze. You can certainly bake or roast the salmon in an oven. Either way, this is an absolutely delightful dish for the entire family!

Honey Teriyaki Salmon
Honey Teriyaki Salmon – sticky sweet, savory salmon with honey teriyaki sauce. Cooks in a skillet or baked in oven. Dinner takes 10 mins!
- 1 lb salmon cut into two pieces
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1Mix all the ingredients in the Honey Teriyaki Glaze together. Whisk to blend well. Combine the salmon and the Glaze together.
- 2Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat. Add the oil, Pan-fry the salmon on both sides until it's completely cooked inside and the glaze thickens.
- 3Garnish with sesame and serve immediately.
You can also bake the salmon for 12 minutes at 400 F. Omit the oil if using oven.
