Salmon is one of the easiest fish to cook. It’s healthy and packed with nutrition and great taste. I make salmon on a weekly basis because we enjoy it, especially little G. I also love it that salmon is very versatile. You can have a wide variety of flavors, it never gets old.
This honey teriyaki salmon is moist, juicy, with a sticky sweet and savory honey teriyaki glaze. Imagine teriyaki sauce but sweetened with honey, it’s utterly delicious and addictive, and goes extremely well with rice or noodles. This recipe is a good alternative when you get bored of chicken teriyaki.
Make a vegetable side dish and you have the most amazing and wholesome dinner at home.
I prepared my salmon on a cast-iron skillet, and reduced the honey teriyaki glaze. You can certainly bake or roast the salmon in an oven. Either way, this is an absolutely delightful dish for the entire family!
