- 1 lb (500g) baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
