Ingredients

cauliflower florets

butter
melted

Indian curry powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
Mix the melted butter, curry powder, salt, and pepper together. Add the cauliflower to the curry mixture and toss to coat well.
Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
Notes
You can top the cauliflower with 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 minutes longer.
