- 8 oz. (226 g) cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Indian curry powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Mix the melted butter, curry powder, salt and pepper together. Add the cauliflower into the curry mixture, toss to coat well.
- Transfer the cauflower to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, in one single layer. Roast for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
You can top the cauliflower with 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 minutes longer.
