- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup strawberries cut into halves
- 1 bottle (750 ml) rose wine chilled
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups seltzer or club soda
In a pitcher, gently muddle the blackberries to break them up slightly
Add the strawberries, rosé wine, sugar, and seltzer (or club soda) to the pitcher. Stir continuously to dissolve the sugar, then serve cold immediately.
