Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb (500g) brussels sprouts cut into halves
  • 4 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet and add oil. Sauté the garlic until aromatic, then add the brussels sprouts and continue to sauté until they are slightly caramelized.
  • Add the Thai sweet chili sauce, water, lime juice, and salt. Continue to cook the brussels sprouts until they are nicely caramelized. Serve immediately.
