- 1 pound (500g) ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 baguette
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- sweet chili sauce
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the red curry paste, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, egg, light soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients together with your hands until sticky. 
- Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape them into mini burger patties. 
- Preheat the grill and cook the patties over high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. 
- Cut the baguette lengthwise into four sections. Assemble each section with two cooked mini burger patties, shredded lettuce, and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce. Serve warm.
