Benefits of Celery Juice

Celery contains a type of sodium that helps to improve brain function. It also increases stomach acid and aids digestion.

Celery juice has amazing healing powers. It lowers blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol and fends off inflammation, anxiety and even prevents certain cancers.

It’s a miracle juice!

Celery juice benefits include fiber and vitamin C.

How to Make Celery Juice?

Juicing celery into a juice is so easy and takes only 5 minutes.

I used KitchenAid K400 Blender and it delivers smoother results on tough ingredients such as celery.

To make the juice, first rinse and wash the celery with cold running water. Peel or trim off the dry parts and remove the leaves attached to the stems.

Next, cut the celery into chunks and finally, add water and blend the celery in the blender.

Whole Juicing vs. Traditional Juicing

Whole juice is the result of blending fruits and veggies into a drinkable liquid without removing the pulp.

Traditional juicing removes the fiber, making the juice smooth and easily digestible.

I prefer whole juice so I strained and remove the pulp. However, you can drink the juice with its pulp as it’s loaded with fiber.

KitchenAid K400 is great for all of your creations with 3 preset programs. You can also control the taste and texture to fit your personal preference with the 5-speed variable speed dial.
