Think black pepper crab, black pepper beef (served on a sizzling hot plate!), and black pepper in the many concoctions that ultimately add depth and awesomeness to the dish. Don’t you just love black pepper?
I made black pepper chicken for dinner last night. It was a very spontaneous recipe. I had a chicken breast, a bag of onions, and a green bell pepper. Then, I thought about black pepper chicken. Though not as sinfully delicious as black pepper beef, it was still wonderful…(get black pepper chicken recipe after the jump)

I was going to feature my third recipe using red bean paste today, but I changed my mind because I have a dish which is way more interesting to share–black pepper crab!
The crab is all happily mingled with loads of butter, dried shrimp, aromatic curry leaves, bird’s-eye chilies, and other seasonings. Black pepper crab to Malaysians is like chili crab to Singaporeans (in my opinion); ask any Malaysian and I am sure they have had their fair share and taste of this wonderful black pepper crab dish… Click for more
