It’s posted ‘genius’ and this recipe is wonderful, healthy, and very easily detailed in how to make it. High Five to reading & very basic comprehension so have a great day. Also, I lost belly fat and my skin became very soft and smooth from outdoor gardening in the summer sun.

No dear. You want the Turmeric for its benefits that cinnamon doesnโ€™t have. Turmeric โ€” and especially its most active compound, curcumin โ€” have many scientifically proven health benefits, such as the potential to improve heart health and prevent against Alzheimer’s and cancer. It’s a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis.

I love this drink, do I need to drink both servings in one day? Do I have to wait a period of time after driving my tea. I love my one cup of coffee, so I drink 8oz of tea in the morning and then I drink my 8oz coffee.

    1. amanda r says:

shouldnโ€™t there be pepper to help the turmeric absorb better?
