Herb Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs (750g) campari tomatoes, cut into halves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the tomatoes on a sheet pan or cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, followed by a sprinkle of salt and ground black pepper. Finish by adding the Italian seasoning.
