Ingredients  

  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup banana, about 1 banana
  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar

Instructions 

  • Add the apple juice, followed by the frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, ice, and agave nectar to a blender. Blend for about 10 seconds or until smooth. Pour the smoothie into glasses or mugs and serve immediately.
