Why This Recipe Works

Pigs in blankets with juicy hot dogs wrapped in flaky pastry.

It’s an easy and quick version of the pigs in blankets, other than the one wrapped in bread dough (Pigs In A Blanket or Sausage Rolls). In just under 5 minutes of preparation, you can have these delectable treats ready to pop into the oven, and the outcome is nothing short of spectacular.

Pigs in blankets are also incredibly versatile. They can serve as a snack, appetizer, or side dish for any occasion, from casual family dinners to special celebrations.

You can customize the recipe based on your taste preference. Make a delicious twist with different wrappings, such as puff pastry, crescent dough, or bacon to create a unique taste and texture.
