Tried this today with olive oil and dried herbs with dried thyme. Moist and delicious! Didnโ€™t have zucchini, lemon and asparagus but still worked out well

  2. Lin says:

    Hi Bee
Could we use dried thyme instead? Cannot find fresh thyme leaves – would 1 teaspoon dried thyme suffice? Thanks

    1. Rasa Malaysia says:

Hi Lin, you can substitute with dried thyme, but use 1/2 tsp instead as dried herbs are stronger in flavour than fresh.
