Hi can I use linguine instead

    1. Rasa Malaysia says:

      Yes, you can!

  2. essie says:

    Hi Bee,
How do you suggest this dish be reheated? In the microwave with some added broth? Or on the stovetop?

    1. Rasa Malaysia says:

Hi Essie. Heating it in the microwave would be the easiest way, but stovetop option is fine too. The pasta texture will be different from freshly cooked, either way.

      1. essie says:

        Hi Bee,
Thanks for responding. Just wanted to let you know that I had added a little extra broth when I cooked this dish so when I did reheat, it turned out just fine. I love overcooked pasta anyway. And it is so good with garlic baguettes. You don’t need to post this, I just wanted to let you know how good this turned out. Second time I have made this.

  3. Sandra says:

Can we use another kind of pasta or does it have to be spaghetti?

    1. Bee Yinn Low says:

You can use any pasta of your choice.

  4. Bob McNam says:

My wife was so skeptical about this when she seen just the pasta and stock going in but wow it was so good.

I donโ€™t know if this made a difference but I used 500ml of the chicken stock and reduced it about 150ml at a time.

    1. Bee Yinn Low says:

Yes, this is one of the best pasta.

    2. essie says:

I agree with you Bob, the extra chicken stock made a great sauce

  5. imsen says:

Delicious! Itโ€™s a fairly easy and quick recipe that never fails.
Made this last night and it is going to be a regular. My hubby (who doesnโ€™t like pasta) devoured it!

  8. Nancy Hennessy says:

My favorite sundried tomatoes looking forward to preparing tonight

  9. pierre germain says:

A faux pas. The sundried tomato must be soaked in water to hydrate a little. Otherwise they don’t exude their flavor and are hard texture in texture.

    1. Rollande says:

      5 stars
It’s already soaking in oil. Put it in water? I don’t think so. It’s already hydrated ,with an amazing taste. This is a GREAT recipe. I make it often.

  10. Wanda says:

Bee, as always, you never fail me! This is going to be my go-to-dinner for the night. I don’t know why I never thought of making this. Like you, my favorite protein is shrimp! Pasta and shrimp (and salmon) are my staples. After work, I’m running to the store for sun-dried tomatoes!! Thanks so much!!
