Happy November! Are you guys following the World Series games?
This year, Los Angeles Dodgers made it to the finals and I have been spending lots of time in front of TV watching the game.
What’s the best thing to eat when you’re in front of the TV? To me, it’s chicken wings.
So I made these baked garlic lemon wings!

This baked garlic lemon wings recipe is super easy too, and I always have the ingredients ready in my pantry and fridge.

Very easy to make baked wings. I boiled the leftover marinade and use it as sauce to drizzle on the wings before serving. They’re delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

Try with skin on/bone in chicken thighs (salt and peppered). To begin, cook chicken thighs skin side down in cast iron skillet on stove, medium high heat for 13 minutes. Pull cast iron skillet off stove after 13 minutes, and remove chicken thighs. Drain chicken fat from cast iron skillet through sieve into a vessel, to save “chicken schmaltz” for future recipes. Apply marinade to chicken thighs on both sides and return to cast iron skillet, skin side down and place in preheated 400 degree oven for 12 minutes. Flip chicken thighs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Carefully remove chicken thighs, place on wire rack over sheet pan, squeeze with lemon, and top with blackened and white sesame seeds.
