1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 cloves garlic, minced

@ bobby1999, cilantro in the UK may also be known as coriandor. It has a VERY distinct flavor.. not at all like parsley. HTH.

    Hi Bee,
I’ve tried alot of your recipes with amazing results! Keep up the good work! Just a quick question, is the sweet sauce in the ingredients “kecap manis sweet soy sauce” or regular sweet soy sauce??
