Weekly Meal Plan #9 is here with new recipes and ideas for the week ahead (April 29 – May 4). Now that it’s Spring, I am going to share some new, easy and delicious recipes with you.
This weekly meal plan is a general guideline, you don’t have to follow it exactly.
Pick what works for you, change things up to fit your meal plan. Happy cooking and eating!
Monday – Italian Shrimp Pasta
This is a proper Italian Shrimp Pasta recipe, the authentic way Italian home cooks and chefs make shrimp pasta. The pasta is fresh, healthy, with an absolutely mouthwatering homemade tomato sauce. It’s best served with a crusty skillet garlic bread or other side dishes.
Tuesday – Chicken And Potato Skillet
Easy one-skillet chicken and potatoes recipe that takes less than 30 minutes to make. The chicken is so delicious and the tender potatoes complete this family friendly dinner meal.
Wednesday – Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Honey Garlic Pork Chops cooked in a skillet, with sticky honey garlic sauce, all done in less than 15 minutes. This boneless pork chops recipe is absolutely delicious, with only 5 main ingredients. Serve with a side dish of Garlic Butter Sauteed Asparagus.
Thursday – Thai Sweet Chili Chicken
Thai Sweet Chili Chicken is an amazing chicken recipe with sticky, savory and sweet chili sauce. The crispy chicken and the sauce is so good you will want to lick the plate!
Friday – No Cooking
Saturday – Flank Steak
It’s Saturday so indulge in this moist and juicy Japanese Miso Butter Flank Steak, served with a side or Crispy Potato Stacks to complete your meal.

Sunday – Instant Pot Ramen
This Instant Pot Ramen is delicious, with tender chicken, gooey ramen eggs and vegetables in a hearty chicken soup. Spice up the ramen noodles with chili oil for an extra kick. This is comfort food in a jiffy and takes only 15 mins in the pressure cooker. If you don’t have an Instant Pot or pressure cooker, you can make the recipe on the stove top!
