- 1 lb cremini mushrooms or white mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- chopped parsley
