- The spinach and tomatoes go in last so you don’t overcook them.

So so so good! Made it this evening for football! It was a huge hit and I doubled the recipe and it was fantastic. No chips and dip in this house.

Yummy! :)
My daughter made it yesterday and they are delicious! She said it was a quick, easy recipe-definitely a keeper! 5 stars for sure!
That’s awesome. I am glad she liked my lemon butter chicken recipe.
My stove doesnโt work. If I was to use the oven, how would I do this?
I guess you could use the broiler to brown the chicken prior to doing the rest of the recipe, but it is pretty difficult to do lots of things like reduce a sauce, and pull out the pan in order to add ingredients at the proper time. I would invest in an inexpensive electric burner–discount stores such as Target and Walmart have single and double burner models under $25, and I’ve seen induction tops under $50. It’s hard to even warm a can of soup without some sort of stovetop.
This looks delicious! :D
