Thai Chili Beef Burger

Thai Chili Beef Burgers

Summer officially starts in 3 days, on June 21. I am sure everyone is ready for some summertime fun: endless BBQ’s, pool parties, beach, sun, warmth, and family. Summer is my favorite time of the year as I can just wear light, carefree summery clothes and don’t need layers of clothing. I also love the warmth of the sun on my skin and humidity (yes, I do!). Somehow, my complexion is better in summer; the nice tint of color on my skin and the humidity adds some glows to the face.

I have a ton of summer recipes on my site (please click the link to check out all recipes). Some of my favorites are chicken kebab, Vietnamese lemongrass pork banh mi, peel and eat shrimp, various summer BBQ recipes, five-spice meat sliders, beef skewers, and so much more. Today, I am adding Thai Chili Beef Burger to my recipes.

Thai Chili Beef Burgers

Burger is everyone’s favorite for summer, and the fun of grilling the burger patties just doubles the fun of eating. The Thai red curry paste and sweet chili sauce add so much flavors and depth to the regular burgers. With July 4 just a few weeks away, this Thai chili beef burger recipe will be great for your family and friends. Enjoy!

  1. We’re having our annual summer party Saturday, and I’m serving: Mapo Dofu, Laab Gai, Sweet & Spicy Shrimp, and Thai red curry mussels for the entrees.

  2. Awesome, you can try in this Thai burger too. :)

That’s a huge burger but I think I could eat the whole thing and then look longingly at someone else’s.

I just made these last night for my girl friends and they loved it! I did make some alterations/additions to the recipe though:

    1. Instead of using beef, I replaced it with ground turkey (93/7)
    2. Added fresh diced onions and minced ginger
    3. Added cayenne and crushed red pepper to give it a little kick
    4. Used mini wheat buns instead of the baguette

Overall it was delicious and will definitely make again!
