I had some leftover chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, Parmesan cheese and shrimp, so I turned them into this absolutely delicious dinner and served with spaghetti. What a fabulous meal!
The cooking process took me a mere 15 minutes. I always have a bag of frozen shelled, deveined, tail-on shrimp available, so making this creamy garlic Parmesan shrimp is a jiffy.
I balanced off the creamy taste with cayenne pepper and lemon juice. The end result is so scrumptious that I am contemplating to open a restaurant just to serve this dish. Bon appetit!

Hi rasa, I’ve never reheated cream based sauce but was wondering if will they reheat well? I’m thinking of making it in advance so I can reheat it after a long day at work!
Yes, it will heat well. :)
