Skillet Sausage and Potatoes – easy and quick smoked sausages with potatoes and carrots on a skillet. Perfect for weekend camping trips.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 oz baby potatoes, halved
- 4 oz baby carrots
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 1 pack Johnsonville Smoked Sausage and Cheddar Cheese, cut into short strips
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, (optional)
Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and carrots, cook for 5 minutes, turning the potatoes and carrots over occasionally. Add the red onion, stir to combine well with the potatoes and carrots. Add the sausages and cook for 1-2 minutes. Top with some shredded cheddar cheese (if using), serve immediately.
