Strawberry Green Tea - healthy and refreshing green tea with strawberry and tapioca pearl boba. Perfect for summertime entertaining.
Happy Summer!
I am not sure about the rest of the country, but it’s scorching hot here in Southern California with temperature pushing into 100’s for the past few days.
I love summertime and I have absolutely no complaint, except that I do need some cold drinks to quench my thirst and beat the heat.
I made a jar of this amazing strawberry green tea with boba, just like those Asian tea or boba joints that I always go to.
If you are not familiar with boba, you ought to know it now.
They are dark brown in color, round, chewy, with a gummy bear like texture.
They are so good when mixed in with milk tea, shaved ice, or just about any cold drinks.
This cold and refreshing strawberry green tea will be a crowd pleaser and great for parties.
Green tea is loaded with antioxidants, nutrients and increases fat burning.
With summer and all the entertaining, I am sure we all need a bit help in getting rid of the extra calories.
If you can’t find boba, you can serve the strawberry green tea without them and it will be just fine.
Enjoy the sun and warmth!

I don’t know how to make homemade boba pearls.
Have never heard of boba before but any refreshing drink when it’s hot here sounds great! It’s going to be 90 degrees here in Buffalo, NY…..that’s rare!!! It hasn’t rained. It’s dry. Our lawns are dead. Weird! Thanks for this. Now my wife can nag me to weedwack. Just kidding wife!
Boba is great, you should try out at an Asian tea joint next time!
