  • Use a cast iron skillet to make the shrimp.

  • 12 oz (350g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, chopped

Notes

If you don’t consume alcohol, you can skip the tequila and it will still taste good.

?I made this last night with roasted asparagus/red pepper/garlic medley and it was delicious! I didnโ€™t have any rice but that would be a great go with.
Also had a tequila lime cocktail…. a little tequila for the shrimp, a little tequila for me?
Thank you. I will definitely make this again.
