Ingredients  

  • 1 lb (500g) salmon fillet
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, Sriracha, and honey. Stir until well combined.
  • Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil, ensuring they are big enough to completely cover and wrap the salmon. Place the salmon on top and season both sides with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Add the Garlic Sriracha mixture to the salmon, spooning it over to cover the entire surface. Wrap the foil sheets around the salmon, ensuring there are no leaks.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through. Serve immediately.

    OMG!! This was so good!! I rarely cook salmon since I can never find a recipe I like. But this was one of the best salmon recipes Iโ€™ve ever made or even had at a restaurant! Added bonus was that it was so easy to make and very affordable!! So very good!!!

        Hi..I am making this in my instant pot. I marinated this for 2 hrs in refrigerator. Gonna take salmon out of marinate and put the marinate in instant pot, the the salmon, cook for 1 min on low pressure and then let it sit for 5 mins natural release. Ill let you know how it comes out. sounds delicious..
