I think should be OK but please check the doneness before serving. You might need to bake a little bit more.
Made this last night and my husband and I loved it.
I would like to make this for a family gathering of 6 adults and 2 children.
I know you suggested making two pans instead of doubling the recipe but could you suggest how to make enough for 6-8.
Thank you
If you have a big baking pan, you can double the recipe.
Do I only use 8 ounces of cut up chicken breast?
Yes!
Can I use boneless chicken thighs instead?
I have put the casserole together, to be baked tonight, but I’m wondering, how did the potatoes get from the bottom to the top in your photo?
Hi Connie, I just scooped up the potatoes to take the shots. :)
Can I get everything assembled the night before and refrigerate for my family to make the next night?
Im making this for my assignment but it has to be for one serving, do I half the cooking time? and do u know how to half it if it’s “1/4”.

Hi Jasmine there is no liquid in the recipe except 1/4 cup heavy cream which isn’t much. Did you pat dry your chicken and potatoes? The end result should be exactly like my pictures.
