Fish Recipes
I love fish and enjoy all kinds of fish recipes such as baked cod, swai fish and tilapia recipes.
Halibut is one of my favorite firm white fish. It has a mild and delicate taste, with a perfect texture for homemade fish recipes.
I went to a seafood market and got some fresh halibut fillets because they are so delicious.
I made two recipes from the fish: Ginger Soy Fish and this easy Garlic Butter Fish.
Garlic and butter are two magic ingredients that go well with all kinds of proteins, including fish recipes.

Can’t wait to try this! Can you use a deep fryer instead of pan frying the fish? I haven’t mastered the art of pan frying without my fish falling apart lol
Yes, you can deep-fry the fish but they might fall apart even more. I don’t know, you can try. Just use firm white fish.

Hi,
So we’re not heating up the butter sauce?
Or are we meant to heat it up and then toss in the fish together? In your photos doesn’t look like the sauce has been mixed in with the fish?
Hi Jack, you don’t have to heat up the butter sauce. Just toss with the fish. For my photos, I tossed half of the sauce and half as dipping sauce. You can do toss the fish with all the butter sauce though. :)
Hi this looks delicious, can flour be used instead of corn starch? Thanks!
