Fish Recipes
I love fish and enjoy all kinds of fish recipes such as baked cod, swai fish and tilapia recipes.
Halibut is one of my favorite firm white fish. It has a mild and delicate taste, with a perfect texture for homemade fish recipes.
I went to a seafood market and got some fresh halibut fillets because they are so delicious.
I made two recipes from the fish: Ginger Soy Fish and this easy Garlic Butter Fish.
Garlic and butter are two magic ingredients that go well with all kinds of proteins, including fish recipes.

Can you use red snapper?
Yes.
I don’t do cornstarch. Can this be made with arrowroot or another starch?
Yes.
I made this for a quick Wednesday dinner. It was really good. Definitely going to add this to my list of easy recipes.
Thanks.
Do you have Brazilian garlic chicken recipe ( frango passarinho recipe?
I don’t.
Cooked this tonight, delicious! Bought Tilapia fillets, common at the stores here in San Diego. Just my wife and I, two fillets (2.5lbs) no left overs. Paired with the one pot spinach tomato pasta. We used the Barilla Veggie Spaghetti. Thank you!
Sounds yummy!! Thanks for trying my recipe.
Hi there, can I use frozen fish?
Yes you can!
I used catfish nuggets as it is firm enough to hold up. Catfish is a mild fish so I used a little more salt and pepper. Wonderful outcome. It saves on the pocket book also as our supermarket has them year round for $2.35 per lbs.
Awesome!
I made this dish tonight with pieces of halibut I got relatively inexpensively from an online seafood seller. I made “lobster rolls” with it and added a spicy mayo– altho it didn’t need it. It was so delicious! I get most of my recipes online and some are good, some don’t come out quite right, and some–like this one– are AMAZING! I can totally see serving this with a side of pasta. My husband and I have a saying for meals like this: “I would order this in a restaurant”. PS: you can cut down the amount of butter if you want–I did and it came out just fine!
Awesome Linda, please try more recipes on my site!

Can I use full size fillets or must it be cut up in pieces?
You can use full size fillet but it’s not going to taste as good if you don’t cut up.
